What to send for a refund or jam
Order id, approximate time, city, and whether you paid by UPI, card, or wallet. Read the Refund policy first so you know what we can reverse. Short answers are on the FAQ.
Partnerships and press
If you have floor space and footfall, use Become a kiosk partner and mention your city, hours, and audience (campus, mall, hospital, hotel). Press queries can use the same email with the subject line Press.
Support hours
Phones typically follow kiosk operations, about 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST. Email is monitored beyond that. A machine in maintenance will not print even if we answer the phone — check Locations before you travel.
