Refund Policy

When we refund
Tap4Print refunds a print job that was paid and then failed for a reason we control: printer error, empty paper or toner after payment, software crash, or an agent that cannot deliver the job. We create a refund record in admin so the same failure cannot be paid out twice.
We do not refund a job that printed successfully because you dislike the crop, you chose color by mistake, or you left the pages at the kiosk. Preview and the quote exist so you can confirm before pay. Read How to print a PDF if you want fewer surprises.
Wallet payments
If you paid from wallet, the refund is a credit to the same wallet using an idempotency key. The ledger shows the original debit and the refund credit. Balance updates as soon as the refund is marked success in our system.
UPI, card, and net banking
Gateway payments start a refund with the payment provider. We cannot force your bank’s settlement time. Keep the provider payment id and the Tap4Print order id from the kiosk success screen or wallet history.
Partial jobs
If some copies printed and the printer then failed, support may refund the unprinted portion after checking the job and printer logs. That decision is recorded on the order.
How to request a refund
Use the order id (for example ORD-…) and, if you have it, the payment id. Email tap4printofficial@gmail.com or call +91 83685 14168. Headquarters: Patel Nagar, Central Delhi, Delhi 110008, India.
Guest users should use the same phone number entered at the kiosk. Wallet users can open print history after login.
Chargebacks
If you open a bank dispute, send us the order id so we can match the job. A completed print plus a chargeback may be treated as abuse under the Terms.
