Transparent print pricing

Public per-page rates before GST. Super Admin can override prices by location. GST is currently shown on every kiosk quote. The number you confirm on the machine is the price for that job. Estimate pages and copies on the printing calculator before you travel.

How a Tap4Print quote is built

The engine multiplies billable pages by the rule for paper size (A4, A3, Letter, or Legal), color mode (color or black and white), and side mode (single or double-sided), then applies copies and GST. You choose those options in configure after preview. Payment is verified on the server before the printer starts — How it works.

A location override can differ from this public table. Campus or partner sites may set cheaper B&W. Always read the on-screen quote. Failed paid jobs follow the Refund policy. We do not refund a successful print because you changed your mind about color after collection.

GST is currently 18% and is added on the kiosk quote and in the calculator.

When to choose each option

Most Indian documents should stay A4. Use A3 only when the file was designed at A3 and the location lists it — A4 vs A3 and the print size guide. Choose B&W for notes and assignments. Choose color when meaning lives in the colour. Black and white vs color is the decision guide. Duplex saves paper on long text jobs; do not duplex certificates or a one-page resume.

Find a kiosk, then print

A cheap per-page rate is useless if the machine is offline. Search Locations, then open Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, or Mumbai. Services and toner are on those cards.
